George Telfer is a BAFTA nominated and BIFA winning film & commercials producer based in London.

His shorts include the BAFTA nominated and BIFA winning Festival of Slaps (2023), and the BIFA nominated A Sisyphean Task (2025), As A Cure (砂之歌)(2026), a China-UK co-production premiering at Locarno as part of the Pardi di Domani International Competition and Authors of the Estate (2025), winner of best short documentary at BlackStar and longlisted for the Grierson Awards.

He is currently developing a slate of feature films through his company, Supernormal Pictures, including Abdou Cissé’s debut with BBC Film.

In commercials, he has produced for Academy Films, Riff Raff, Object & Animal, PrettyBird and Park Pictures, delivering work for Coca-Cola, Nike, Beats, Sports Direct, Guinness and H&M. His work has been recognised at the British Arrows, Clio Awards, Young Director Award (YDA), Ciclope, Kinsale Sharks, D&AD, SHOTS and UKMVAs. In 2022, he won Best Production Company Producer at the inaugural Young British Arrows.
